We ship every day except Sunday. Orders placed before 14:00 go out the same day.

We work mainly with Nova Poshta: with other carriers both dispatch and delivery take longer.
Pickup
Lviv, 24 Rohatyntsiv St. Every day 11:00–21:00.
Come by after we confirm your order — that way the item is already waiting for you and you can try it on there and then.
Payment
- Bank transfer to the business account — the details arrive once the order is placed. We ship as soon as the payment clears.
- Cash on delivery — you pay when you collect the parcel at the branch. Nova Poshta charges the transfer fee.
International shipping
We ship to any country through Nova Poshta Global. Outside Ukraine the parcel is handed over to a local delivery service.
Delivery takes 1–3 weeks on average, occasionally longer. The cost is calculated individually by weight and destination: write to us and we will work it out before you order. Any customs duties in the destination country are paid by the recipient.
If something goes wrong
- The parcel is not arriving. Send us your order number — we will check the waybill and join the search.
- The packaging is damaged. Unpack it at the branch in front of a member of staff and file a report — without one Nova Poshta will not compensate you.
- The size does not fit. Not a problem: returns and exchanges within 14 days.
